Application Eligibility

Applicants must hold a Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree, or be deemed by the admissions committee to possess an equivalent or higher level of intellectual competence. 

 

Master’s Program – No restrictions on undergraduate majors (applicants who did not major in education or complete teacher certification courses must complete an additional 6 credits in Education after admission)
Doctoral Program – Preferably with at least three years of relevant experience (applicants who did not major in education or complete teacher certification courses must complete an additional 6 credits in Education after admission)

Entrance Exam: Questions are selected from global education development cooperation studies. 
Possible Topics: Globalization of Korean education development experience, international education development agenda, education and gender equality, local community development and education, literacy and society, and etc. 
Minimum Passing Score: at least 60% in each criterion
※ Applicants will be admitted in descending order based on their total scores across all criteria.
※ Dates and venues will be announced separately (please refer to the GEC website for further details).
